Bloody hot over here lately!! Sigh, Jane told me that she was freezing in Shanghai *Hmmpphh... jealous* Ahhh... I miss the cloudy, gloomy, cool & wet weather!
I wasn't planning to go out for lunch today. So hot out there that I could melt! But staying in wouldn't be fun either due to the mini earthquake. I wonder if the building would collapse if this continues (piling work starts next week. OMG! Would I bounce up & hit the ceiling with each hit? haha...)! So off we went to TJ for lunch.
Too hot to be in the AC-less cafe to chit chat. So we went to the nearby stationery shop to kill the remaining time... Why a stationery shop since we hardly use a pen or pencils to write anymore....?
When I was in primary school, one of my hobbies was collecting cute & pretty pens, pencils, erasers and stickers. I remember back then, my pocket $$ was 50c per day. I would save as much as I could so I could buy collectible pieces. And to preserve my 'invetsments', I kept them in a metal box. Hehe, guess what? I still have my pretty pens, pencils, erasers and stickers and all in a metal box... I wonder what they are worth right now? Needless to say, Priceless of course! hehe...
I couldn't resist and bought these.... cute yes?
