Conversation with kids

My sister, who is 8 months pregnant took a train with my brother-in-law to Provence to meet my brother & family last X'mas

When my bro's young boy saw my sister, he couldn't stop touching my sister's round tummy. My sister-in-law told him that there is a baby inside.

He then stuck his ear against my sister's tummy and tried to "connect" with the baby~ Cute

At the dinner, he asked how the baby got inside the tummy.

My bro answered that my sister's husband puts the baby inside.

He was amazed and asked my brother-in-law where he got the baby.

My BIL continued with the joke and said "from the supermarket" . My nephew was soOoo impressed that he wanted to go to the supermarket to pick a baby too.

I wonder how my nephew will react when he grows up to find out that he has been tricked all these years~

Ahhh... it's OK, that's how we were brought up too haha...

Sometimes a little lie, i mean beautiful story to tell the kids is all the kids need. After all, they will eventually find out when they turn teenagers and have all the years to come to deal with the truth about the real world they live in~ Thus, kids at this age should remain innocent and  be kids la hahahaha...

I love this picture!

It's time to restrict myself again....

I know it's unhealthy to drink too much milk tea and white coffee but... it's so hard to say no to them!

Many years ago, i restricted myself from having more than 3 cups of milk tea per week. Although I did break my own rule several times in the past~ I can't recall when, but i stop having milk tea too often. I sometimes don't drink milk tea for more than a week! Awesome right?

However, I'm addicted to white coffee lately T___T  I will have a cup at every chance i get T____T Guess what? I had one everyday last week! OH NO!

I want to make a vow here that I will restrict both white coffee & milk tea to 3 cups per week! I'm seriously about it. Because health is wealth!

It's my new life resolution! I'm confident that I can do it!

The other day, i saw this sign at a cafe~ I know the devil is out to tempt me but... hehe, I didn't order coffee :P

That's called will power! hehe.. Let's see how long it will sustain :P

I think it's funny

Received a bank notification that I have received a deposit.
A look at the email, I laughed.

Can you see what it is that make me laughed?
If not, most probably due to different point of view :P

Whoever looks at this transaction in the bank will know that my good friend has spent 60 bucks to purchase her bra! haha...

Told my friend and she too laughed at her own description. This is just what we need, to colour the original blue Monday yellow* Haha...

Laughter is indeed the best medicine

*Why yellow?
coz I think it's the colour of hope and happiness :P

My 2014 Xmas Gift

This year, i received a Christmas gift which i had been tempted to buy but never bought because it thought I could just make full use of my long arms. Glad to have it because it really makes a lot of difference....

Wish I had this before i went to Paris and London. Just look at the difference~

Jane & I with the world-famous lady - MonaLisa
The Painting was tiny compared to our faces! ha!
Err.. can u see her? hehe

Eiffel Tower was at my back but ...
our faces are big too T__T

Using my xmas gift, selfie stick to take we-fie~

Unfortunately I still occupy a big part of the screen while everybody hid behind me .... but at least i could fit more people in one picture! haha!

looks like real long arms and 'extended' long arms still make a lot of difference

I'm thinking of getting one for my sister in Paris so she could do wefie too. Will the French  think we Asians are too self-addicted haha...

My extended arm
Wireless one somemore!hehe

Today is the 2nd day of 2015!

How are u getting along with the new year?

Everything remains the same like previous year for me, except that am still trying to get used to writing the correct year :P

Last Christmas (oh dear, sounds like it happened long ago but in fact it was only last week!), we had a Xmas party in the office. It was full of joy, laughter and of course... FOOD!

All u can eat!

Like previous years, we had a lucky dip before that to see who we are 'guarding' over. yeah, i like to believe that I'm someone's Guardian Angel haha..I really hope that the recipient of my gift will be happy upon seeing his/her gift so again, i acted like a spy and tried to pick up hints :P

Presents underneath the tree!

During several casual talks, my 'kid' mentioned about the things she is interested in. I took note and searched for them... During this time, I realised something... that a person can have unlimited wants! Too bad that there is a limit in what one could give...Opps, sorry~

Unable to fulfill each and every wish of hers, I decided to get her a "Wish Tree" (a cute tree with birds to display her jeweleries) and a "Wing to fly high" (ear cuff) ~ Isn't it thoughtful of me? As always... haha...

Carefully packed, wrapped & decorated

She seemed delighted at the giftS i prepared for her~ I hope she likes them~ it's the thoughts that count after all haha..

My Buddy STSW became Ms Santa Claus this year and sent me a surprise on the eve of Xmas eve... Her cousin made a Christmas cake. He is a chef of a hotel here. STSW told me that he made 11 of this very same cake for the YBs. Gosh, I was really honoured to be able to taste what the VIPs got to taste! Xmas is about sharing, so of course I brought to share with my colleagues. They were very happy and loved me.. i mean, the cake too!

Ho ho ho, merry xmas!

Beautiful Xmas cake... and YUMMY too!

So, what did i get from my Guardian Angel? Stay tuned to find out hehehe...
