Back to the "Muggle" World

I'm back from the Land of Magic - where the impossible are possibe ;p My adventureous journey with Harry and his pals ended at precisely 4.27pm today. Must admit, I said goodbye with great difficulty because this means goodbye forever :( Like everything else in life, all things, even the greatest story has to come to an end.

The story is simply awesome! This book is like the last piece of a jigsaw puzzle. So many WHYs are finally answered. The entire map is finally drawn! Amazing! I must say, JK Rowling is a very good story teller. I wonder how she came up with such incredible story! *bravo*

HP7 is full of excitements and heart-pounding scenes (I found it difficult to put the book away but crap, i have to work the next day!), sadness (because some of the characters whom i've developed a bond with or come to like, died) as well as happiness (I laughed out loud at some parts).

For friends who don't plan or are not interested to read Harry Potter, you don't know what you are missing! Serioiusly. If a children's book is worth reading, then it's worth reading by adults. For friends who are going to read it, enjoy :) I know you will.......

The 'DUNNO' job

Many many many.... times, my clients, when asked a question, just answer 'dunno'. Such short & concise answer! How am I gonna draw a conclusion if I dunno what they do? I dunno why they are in the companies if they dunno anything. Dunno if they know that they are getting paid for doing something they dunno. I bet that's the only thing they know ;p

'Dunno' is such an easy word to say!! Should they be forgiven or scolded for not knowing or pretending not to know anything?

I would love to be able to get a 'dunno' job. Let me know if u know where i could get it. I bet u say 'dunno'... haha...

When Jennifer Meets Harry

I FINALLY met up with Harry! Had to cancel my date with him last weds as he was fully booked that night.... The movie is pretty good. Of course the book itself is much much better. But given that the movie is only about 2 hours long, it's good enough. Can't expect everything to be covered in such a short amt of time.

After the movie, I overheard a few comments that the movie is a bit 'boring'. BORING?!?!? There are 3 reasons i can think of. It's either:

1) They have no imaginations;
2) They don't understand the plot OR
3) My 'love' for Harry Potter has blinded me to the flaws?

Have to strike off reason (3). I'm definitely not blinded by love. I think (1) & (2) are the main reasons....

Today is the day. I'm so glad that I pre-ordered the final volume of the Harry Potter series on Thurs night!!! Initially, I planned to just drop in the bookshop to get my long-awaited book as I felt that there would be no problem in getting one since not many Kch ppl read ;p However, after I chatted with HIP on Thurs, I decided to place my order to avoid possible disappointment. Most importantly, it also shows how loyal I'm, as a Harry Potter supporter.

Went to collect my book just now. I expected a big crowd at the Popular Bookstore but instead, it was quiet *worried* I got even more concerned when I came across a notice at the entrance saying that the bookstore will NOT be selling Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows books *worried x n* to protest a price war sparked by supermarket retailers that sold the book at RM69.90 instead of the recommended retail price of RM109.90. OH NO! That's VERY BAD NEWS!!! I wanna know the ending by reading the whole book myself! Before anyone else tells me!! How am I gonna do that if i can't get a copy of the book????

My heart went cold.......... UNTIL i read the final paragraph, which says that customers who reserved the book in advance could collect the books. Yayeeee, That's me, that's ME!!!! *Relieved & Ecstatic*

I'm in Heaven!!

Don't take that literally. I'm not dead yet! ;p I have one question though - Everyone wants to go to Heaven yet is afraid to die. WHY?

Anyway, I am happy because someone asked me if i just graduated from university (i.e. I still look like a student). I know what u r thinking - 'that person just wanna make u happy lah', 'that person is blind lah', 'that person thinks u r immature lah' etc... No no no..... *index finger goes left & right & left &...* she is sincere & honest. How do I know? Easy-peasy... That's because she has NO REASONS to lie. ALSO, that's the first impression i project (^V^)y

U can say whatever you want abt me not looking like a fresh graduate (aka young). I know you are just jealous hiak hiak hiak...

Golden Advices

We all receive advices from people - parents,grandparents, friends, teachers etc. And i bet most of us don't listen until it's too late.

Well, me aint gonna make the same mistakes twice. From today onwards, I will remember the advices from Warren Buffet, the 2nd richest man - "Stay away from credit cards and invest in yourself" (hmm.. this advice came a bit too late. I'm already too dependant on credit cards. No wonder i'm always broke!!! haha...)

More golden rules from WB to remember:

A. Money doesn't create man; it is the man who created money.

B. Live your life as simple as you are.

C. Don't do what others say, just listen to them, but do what you feel good.

D. Don't go for brand name; just wear those things in which u feel comfortable.

E. Don't waste your money on unnecessary things; just spend on those who really are in need.

F. After all it's your life so why give chance to others to rule yourlife.

Gotta stick to these rules wholeheartedly if I were to become Warren Buffet the 2nd ..... Who knows? I might be able to turn my experience and write a best sellers and make lots of money.... you just never know....

Tonight is the nite....

Am going to watch Harry Potter - The Order of the Phoenix tonight! Yayeeee.... Y(^V^)Y I can hardly wait!! Hopefully the movie is as good as the book itself.

I'm counting down to 21/7 too. Because that's the day the 7th and final book of the Harry Potter series will be released. I'm a faithful 粉絲 (fans) of Harry Potter. I have the complete sets of novels and DVDs.

I remember back a few years ago, I told an ex-colleague that I read Harry Potter novels. She went 'That's for kids!! I read Lord of the Rings'. Hmm.. Says who that Harry Potter is for kids??!?!?!

The author of Harry Potter is JK Rowling. Coincidently, my initial is also JK. No wonder I like her stories!! BTW, her website is very interesting - got Magic oneeee... www.jkrowling.com

Me? A thief??

Was in KL for seminar.

I was on my way back from the Ladies during tea break. I passed by the food meant for another training. Wah! soOOOooo many different kinds of desserts!! I couldn't help but grabbed a Chocolate Muffin topped with crystalised sugar... Yummm.... how can I resist that?? *drool*

Just look at them. Don't they worth the effort to steal???

Yeah, im a food snatcher! i stole food from other ppl!! haha... Their food looked so much better than ours!! I know... i should be ashamed of myself *V* Why is it that other people's food always look more delicious than my own??? I can't figure out the reason but that's ALWAYS the case!

bad start + determination = victory! ^V^

Went mt climbing yesterday. Just before i left home, i accidentallyknocked the glass bottle over. (It's the 2nd one i've broken) It crashed onto the marble table and a few pieces of broken glasses flew at mydirection and cut my poor leg *painful! sob sob*

[Okie... the cuts don't look serious but they are! Seriously! u have to look at the real thing!!]

Blood poured out of the cuts like water while i quickly cleaned up the mess. Because of that, i didn't have time to eat breakfast and was also late to meet friends. When i was ready to pay for my breakfast at the Bakery, i realised that i forgot to bring my purse! *embarrassed* It wasn't even 8.30am yet and already i encountered so many bad things?

I'm a responsible leader. No matter how injured i'm, i will still complete the task assigned to me, even if it means sacrificing myself! *Proud* We managed to reach the summit in 2 hours time Y(^V^)Y *Victory!!*
