I planned to bake cookies or a cake over the long weekend as the ingredients have been sitting in the kitchen for months, waiting to be meet each. Actually, I've had that plan for months but each time I am about to start, something always pops up to stop me. To be exact, it's my lazy thoughts of having to take out the ingredients and utensils for use, the torturing wait and the cleaning that put me off. That'd be a pity way to spend long holiday!
Last weekend, I thought i better be strict with myself and stuck to my plan. Oh yes, I did manage to make use of the kitchen at home as decided. Just that the finished product turned out quite different from planned.
Very different actually. Didn't look or taste anything like what I had initially had in mind hehe...
Hehe, I know. I made something completely different. Simply because it's a lot less time consuming and what's merrier? I only have 1 pan, 1 spatula, 1 knife and 1 chopping board to wash after that.
Oh well, I guess I will be stricter with myself next time....

at least they looked great in photo! yeah~ it's really a pain to wash the dishes, u really did a good job to keep the utensils at 4, i remembered i cleaned piles of it last time i cook spaghetti.
i remember your ingredients were flour and chocolate chips ler...did u put them in your spaghetti? heheh...looked yummi....
