I blame it on the scary pic in the gym. Because it is hung right above the sit up machine. Every time I sit up, i will see this scary person staring at me with her evil eyes!!

no no jane.. the scary pics hung above the sit up machine scares me. so i dare not do sit ups, hence am turning into a fatso!
