Why is it OK that some eateries charge higher price for the same
drink/food we can get at kopitiam while not having to worry about being
complained at or losing customers?

Actually, it's no secret la... haha... If you are as observant as me,
you would figure it out too... *sharp eyes*

Since a picture is worth a thousand words (in this case, there are two
thousand words), the answer should be quite obvious :P

When the waitress at the fancy eatery delivered my hot milo, i thought
this will cost me a bomb because it was presented in a "more complicated"
way. Don't be
fooled by the pot, it's not full... The milo tastes just the same as
the one i get at the kopitiam . And you know what? I
actually thought this is a reasonable price! haha... Looking at the
number of utensils they use, i think it's OK that they charge more since they need to pay the dish washer hahaha...
So, presentation does matter huh?
Did u get it right? It's OK if you don't. It doesn't mean you are
no good. It just means you are not good at observing details :P
