Lost : Angel

I got these cute voodoo dolls sometime ago. One for Jane and one for myself. Jane is the 'evil' twin, so it's only right that she gets The Devil to remind herself to stop bullying her Angelic twin sister i.e. ME ME ME hiak hiak hiak...

I attached the Angel to my mobile phone. She has been my Angel for the past 2 months by saving my phone from crashing onto the floor many times when I carelessly yanked things out from my handbag.

Something terrible happened today- she is GONE!! Either she has had enough with my carelessness OR she has been KILLED by the Devil! So sad :( OR is this the work of 哀神???

My 'MUST-EAT' snacks in SIN

My vacation in Singapore is NOT complete without eating my favourite snacks:-

Mouth-watering peanut-butter bread. Yeah, we can make this at home but it's just not as good as this (why is food always tasted better when you pay for it???)




Hot steamy 'Tutu' Kueh. Don't be deceived by its plain and ordinary look. It's very delicious! I like the ones with coconut filing *drool*




I'm a loyal customer of 'Ya-Kun'. I've tried the kaya toasts by others but I still prefer Ya-Kun's. This is very crispy! Much much better than the ones served at Kaya & Toast (in my opinion lah).




It's my tradition to fill my tummy with these irresistable snacks each time I visit SIN. I don't eat just once, I eat them EVERYDAY when in SIN... ^__^

Looking for a Nanny

I've been searching high and low for a nanny for Husky. No luck so far :(


Husky isn't exactly this small at the moment.


Hope to find Husky a temporary home soon. Fingers crossed! Gambatei yo!

Yayeeee... I'm going to China!!

China!! Here I come!!











I want to eat and Eat and EAt and EAT!!! Don't mind if i have to squeeze my expanded butt in the tiny plane seat for hours. Don't care if i have to buy another airticket because one seat is not enough for me. Don't care if people give me the look. Don't care if i get new nicknames like 'Hippo', 'fatso'. I'm just going to enjoy the food in China for I LIVE TO EAT! Hiak hiak hiak....

HOT babe...

The room where my seat is, is a GIGANTIC oven! It's a HOT SPOT, i tell you. The sun shines directly at it the whole day, making it a sauna. What's worse? I actually have to spend 8.5 hours everyday in this human 'green house'!! There is an aircond in the room BUT it's isn't strong enough to combat the heat!! WHY? Because it's an obsolete model which only produces hot air. Oh man, now i know how meat feel when they are being cooked in the oven!



Looking at the bright side, it's not necessary a bad thing. At least it helps to burn excess fat without me having to lift a finger! hahaha.... :p

It's the FINAL countdown!

Jane's torturing days in India is finally coming to an end. Yayeeeeeeeeeeee.......!! In a few hours time, she will make her way to Bangalore Airport and fly to Singapore. I can feel Jane's excitement!!! Hey, that proves that our 'telephatic' power is still working despite the fact that we are thousands of miles away from each other hehe... Telephone reception and internet connection may be bad in India, but not our telephatic signal. It is still working fabulously!! Hehe...

Jane, just one more obstacle to go - the weird Indian airport system. After enduring this, you will be back to civilisation!! Yayeeeeeee....

I'm stuck with 哀神

SOS! Bad things not necessarily only happen on Friday, the 13th. I was involved in a series of unfortunate events last Friday! AND it wasn't 13th!!

Unfortunate Event 1:
I knocked an illeaglly parked Proton Wira and was too kind-hearted (translation: stupid. Yes, I admit that) to 'bargain' with the owner!

Unfortunate Event 2:

I spilled a bottle of olive oil all over the table and floor and had a hard time cleaning it up!! I should be grateful that I didn't 'somersault'.

Unfortunate Event 3:

I broke my favourite water bottle which my dad brought all the way back from Australia! My heart broke too.... :(

Unfortunate Event 4:
I accidently cut my finger with aluminium foil (YES, aluminium foil) when I was getting the food out for mum. Painfullllllllllllllllllll............

Unfortunate Event 5:
My watch is not telling the correct time. I had a new battery installed just one month ago!!!

Unfortunate Event 6:

The setting of my blog becomes haywired. I've tried everything I know of. As you can see, it only becomes worse!

I wonder what other 'adventures' God has in store for me.... I really hope that the list won't get any longer than this. 请放过我吧, 哀神! My life is bad enough without your existence..........

I keep myself optimistic by tricking myself into believing that my life will become sweeter after I've gone through these unfortunate events. Oh well, we all need to taste bitterness to truely appreciate happiness/sweetness.......

Keep Dreaming

Wouldn't it be damn good if the world of diet worked like this - icing cakes, chocolate, candies, cheese, yoghurt, full cream milk, nachos with sour cream, iced chocolate with lots of cream, crackers, fried chicken, ice cream, Whoopers, Krispy Kream doughnuts (you name it all!) were good for our health and would not pile up as fat as a result of over-consumption? Wouldn't life be much more simpler if we could eat whatever we wanted without worrying about the side effects?

Ahhhh, I like the thought... Wake up! This will NEVER become a reality! It's a dream that will never come true. But I still like the idea though hehehe...... im sure u do too..... Let's continue to sleep.....
