Irresistable moon cakes

It was 15th of the Hungry Ghost month yesterday. In 1 month's time, we will be celebrating Moon Cake Festival! Wah, time flies! I remember eating chilled mooncakes with strawberry, blueberry, corn, chocolate fillings last year! Jane brought them all the way from HK. She even bought me 4 Pooh Bear mooncakes! There were too cute to eat! And guess what? I still have one pooh bear moon cake hehe.... ^^

Helena came back to Kch today and brought with her many moon cakes. I wanted to save them for the actual moon cake festival, but........ i lost control and ate one snowskin moon cake filled with Blueberry paste and Champagne white chocolate d(~V~)p Yummm! It was soOOOOOOoo good! It just melted in my mouth. No chewing needed at all!!

I'm also tempted to eat the lotus paste moon cakes with 4 egg yorks. Yes, you read it right - not two but FOUR egg yorks!! Can't wait to eat!! Ya ya, i know egg york is high in cholestoral... It's ok la. It's not like i eat yorks everyday. Plus, my sister has gone thru so much trouble and spent so much $$ to buy them. It won't be nice not to eat them right? hehe...
